Get More Energy In The Morning!
Is Starbucks your energy drink of choice? Do you need a cup (or more than one) of coffee to wake up in the morning?
Want to know my favorite tip for getting more energy in the morning?
It only takes 5-10 minutes, though you’re welcome to do it for longer than that. It’s really simple and requires no equipment, no special formulas or supplements, you don’t need anything but 5-10 minutes to make it happen.
So what is it?
Right when you wake up, before you do anything else, take 5-10 minutes to move your body.
That can mean taking a quick walk around the block, doing a few yoga poses, turning on 1 or 2 of your favorite songs and dancing your heart out to them, bouncing on a rebounder or trampoline, or even doing some body-weight exercises like push-ups or sit-ups.
What you do doesn’t matter so much. What’s important is that you move. It’ll get your blood pumping through your body, oxygenate each cell of your body, energize you and get your metabolism revved up for the rest of the day.
So first thing in the morning, do something to move your body for just 5-10 minutes. Try it for a week and notice the difference you feel in your energy levels.
