Taking a Break in Just A Moment

Are you feeling overwhelmed? Stressed out? Drained? Like there aren’t enough hours in the day?

The last thing you want to do is take time out to do nothing, right? Here’s the thing: spending even just a moment or two to take a break could be exactly what you need. When we give ourselves a moment to get back to our centers, we’re more productive, more efficient, happier, and more focused. All great things that you need right now, right?

So here’s what I want you to do:

Take a few minutes in the morning to sit quietly. Close your eyes. Focus on your breath and let it flow naturally. Then, when you’re ready, open your eyes and start your day. If you can start your day from this grounded space, everything will flow more smoothly. Try it out and let me know how it goes for you.

And here’s a little secret: you don’t need to wait until tomorrow morning to start. Just take a moment right now.
